Television seems to be wearing armor. Picture display is great on my partly sunny deck. Instructions for mount attachment could be a little more detailed.

Waiting for outside installation but TV working great. I recommend a soundbar for this version. Ian in customer service has been extra helpful answering all my first time purchase questions.

TV comes well packaged and it has some weight to it since it’s enclosed in a waterproof box. The metal case has a grey hammer finish. The seams are sealed to keep water out. Even the remote is built for the outdoors. The TV has a colorful and bright image out of the box. Display will definitely need to tweak settings according to your visual appeal. Speakers are better than LED TVs but are not like a sound bar. Highly recommend.

Purchased the 43" for our deck/pool area. We love it! We can move it around and also watch the football games from the pool! Also purchased the S3 sound bar. Sounds good. A+. Price is high but you will be happy you have a weather rated TV.

This set was purchased to replace a failed competitor outdoor set. The Sylvox set has better options and display resolution but with lower brightness 1000NIT vs 2000NIT of the failed TV. Since this install is partially shaded the lower brightness is not an issue and the display is great. The set is used with a DirecTV Gemini for TV channel access. The Gemini remote will control power on and off of the set but not the volume or mute function even though Sylvox is one of the remote choices when setting up. This is a minor drawback since I have to use the TV remote and the DTV remote to control channels and volume. Setup and programming of the set were easy. It fit my existing outdoor mount without any issues. My only recommendation to Sylvox would be to "notch" the external cable cover to allow the cabling to be better hidden and not come from the bottom of the set. Otherwise it installs great, performs very well, has sufficient audio output. I recommend this set for shaded or partially shaded patios.

Absolutely love the new addition to our outdoor setup, would highly recommend.

I am still trying to dial in the picture the way I like it. Overall I am happy.

Hung my new 43" TV in an outdoor cantina. Picture looks great from all angles of the backyard, including the pool. Loving this TV. Will update for durability / longevity in the future.

The order was handled quickly and efficiently. Shipping was prompt and very much appreciated. If I have one overriding concern, it is this. I have e-mail sales, prior to purchase and support (post-purchase). My e-mails have not been answered. I received one seemingly automated e-mail reply stating that due to recent staffing changes that responses may be delayed. Not what people want to hear when purchasing a $1,500 television. That being said, the TV is fantastic.

I wasn't familiar with Sylvox but it's a name I won't forget now. After doing some research in outdoor TVs. The size, NITs, and QLED factors all led to me purchasing this unit. I can't be more pleased with the picture quality. As with most TVs the sound is best when paired with a sound bar. I give it four stars across the board. The overall score is 5 stars, and that's because of the customer service. In a word, stellar. Can't speak high enough about my experience. Well recommend this company and product.

We bought our TV in March for an indoor pool room. There is a lot of moisture and humidity in this room, and this TV holds up well under the conditions. We had some issues with one remote, and contacted customer service. They were very prompt and taking care of it and sending as a new one.
