Wrong power cable

Received the tv mount a couple of weeks ago, I unboxed it and found that a US power cord had been supplied, I contacted Sylvox and explained the problem, their reply was to purchase the correct cable and they would refund the cost, whilst this was a solution it delayed the installation of the bracket and tv, also Sylvox don’t carry replacement cables, other than that the bracket work flawlessly, so overall I’m happy with the product.
