We purchased the Sylvox Deck Pro QLED 55 in TV. Absolutely love it. We got it installed this weekend. It looks great in our new outdoor space. The screen is super bright and colors sharp. Customer service has been great. All of the staff have been very helpful and quick to respond.

There were issues with the shipping company, twice the tv was received damaged and I was going to give up on buying but the Sylvox customer service team was very professional and very quick to send out a replacement from a different shipper who delivered the tv undamaged. The TV has been excellent since hooking it up and running it outside. Picture is amazing. I recommend Sylvox for your outdoor tv needs.

Ordered the 55" Qled, sound bar and rolling stand to cover all our needs for inside and outside. Set up was easy. Picture is beautiful, stand is study. Only thing missing is the cover I ordered. However, I highly recommend the purchase.

What do you add to a backyard that will transform it into the ultimate entertainment center, and if you have children even better. For a truly reformative experience, a television that you can watch while barbecuing or entertaining small children this thing is a godsend don�t standby and wonder should I get this? It�s a lot of money you won�t regret it for one second once you receive it install it and start watching TV in your backyard do yourselves and your whole family a favor get this it will be the best couple of grand you spend

I’ve had a great experience with my Sylvox TV – the picture quality and brightness are excellent, even outdoors. It’s a solid, weatherproof unit that’s ideal for garden or patio setups.

When I recently had a small issue, the support team was responsive and helpful, and they’re already arranging a replacement which I really appreciate. It’s rare to see a company stand behind their product like this.

I was impressed with the housing. Out of the box, the color was way too red, but I went in to the advanced settings and was able to customize to my liking. I contacted customer service by email and they sent me a video on how to program my CATV remote to the TV which was helpful. The sound from the TV is adequate, but pairing to a bluetooth speaker was really easy if that need arises.

I couldn�t be happier with my Sylvox outdoor TV. The picture quality is outstanding�bright, crisp, and clear even in full daylight�and the low-glare screen makes a huge difference under my pergola. Whether I�m watching a day game or a night movie, the image stays sharp and vibrant. It feels solid and built for the elements, which gives me total confidence leaving it outside year-round. The Sylvox 55� Advanced QLED Google Outdoor TV is just what we wanted. And the tv cart is perfect for moving the tv around. All of the process was easy. The rolling cart arrived first giving us time to put it together to be ready for the tv which arrived next. The cover arrived last. All of the pieces are sturdy and well made. The sound and picture are great for outdoor viewing. I would highly recommend this tv, cart and cover!

Deck pro Qled 2.0

wow, Wow, WOW!!! Easily the best television in my house! I don't understand some reviews saying the color is a little off, my picture is perfect right out of the box! I love all the many pre-installed apps for streaming shows/TV to our TV where we use it on our back deck. The rolling cart is must for us, and do yourself a favor and get a matching sound-bar that goes with it, I got the new S3 Dolby ATMOS sound-bar, trust me... its worth the upgrade. I have the sound-bar bolted/bracketed to the bottom of the TV. The included TV cover doesn't completely cover the sound-bar, about 2" show below the flap, but the velcro attachment in the middle still velcros together without having to stretch super hard.

The 55" QLED for partial-sun TV I purchased is the best TV I have ever owned.

We will not be using the TV until April of 2025. We are having a pavilion built in late March. All the product arrived and is be stored until April.

After using tv and sound bar for a couple weeks, we love it. Hopefully quality will last for many years

Very nice TV however the instructions, especially for the mount were terrible. Need a new translator.

I love it. Do not need a ROKU stick to get apps as I was able to download the ones I use the most. The viewing color on the screen is excellent. I watch it daily inside my Gazebo. I made the perfect choice
