My pool just opened and I'm starting to get ready for summer. I just uncovered my Sylvox TV, which was outside under a vinyl cover after a full winter. It is still beautiful! I just installed the speakers I ordered at the end of last season and they are fantastic! Prior to installing the sound bar, the sound quality in the upper midrange and treble volume was not very good, but after installing the sound bar, I can hear high quality sound while sitting 30 or 40 feet away.

This is a really great deal. I had a small problem with the first TV I bought, but it was a pleasure dealing with the company. This TV was a great deal!

I chose this television for my son who is currently setting up a new apartment. Here is his review:

Upon opening this TV, which only weighs 37 pounds, I was confused. There was no stand or legs. The instructions give plenty of details on mounting the TV, and there’s even some grips on the back to take advantage of for that reason: it’s fully intended to be mounted. Regardless of that, it does have a wide, flat bottom so that it is able to stand up. It doesn’t seem likely to knock over easily, but I’ll feel better when I get the swivel TV stand that I ordered separately. The average price for a good quality stand runs about $40. For overall safety, if you’re not going to mount it on the wall, I would recommend a separate purchase for a stand.
As for the TV itself, the sound is pretty decent as far as stock speakers go. Probably some of the best I’ve heard. However, because of who I am, that’s never enough so I also use a sound bar. The picture is crisp, clear, and very much lives up to what 4K is capable of. I am very impressed with that aspect of this television.
I really appreciate how quickly the UI navigates. It’s very easy to get your video streaming apps signed in, assuming you have everything linked to your Google accounts. Despite the fact that this TV is intended for outside, it is just as good inside where I am using it. A bit pricey, but I definitely think it’s worth it.
