Great TV & 1st class Customer Service

The TV is really great, very pleased with the overall quality, a perfect size & a lovely picture.
Also, I would like to particularly comment on their excellent Customer Service. I had some queries which I raised with the Customer Service Department. Their communication was first class with exceptionally quick responses.. All my queries were taken up by Sally to my complete satisfaction. I was very appreciative of the courteous and speedy way everything was dealt with.
Hence my 5 stars are not just for the TV but also for their first class Customer Service.

Good little 12v tv

It’s great. The sound isn’t that loud but the tv draws I think around 25 watts only. I’m pretty happy with it!

what an amazing picture this has!!

Good tv but some shortcomings

Good picture, sound quality is okay but always better through a soundbar. Only drawback is that you can’t use on demand services for BBC, ITV etc. Not supported platform apparently. Shame as would be 5 stars.

Bought for motorhome.
Good size, great picture. I found the sound was ok for motorhome, if you wanted more depth a smart speaker would help.
