We have had the 65” tv for a few weeks now, it’s mounted under the roof of our decking and we now spend more time out there, love watching a movie in the evening, downside I’m unable to link the Sky remote to the tv as the model isn’t supported

The TV looks great on my desk. I purchased the cabinet to keep it protected. It is sturdy and programmed with all of the apps we use. You are able to connect gaming systems which is great for the kids. I recommend the TV and cabinet combo.

I can?? say enough about my Sylvox outdoor TV. It?? absolutely beautiful. I had some issues with shipping but Jason resolved everything and I?? thrilled with this product!

Outstanding customer service. I had a hard time choosing a TV and If I should add a sound bar. The sales team assisted in making it a quick and easy decision. The TV I ordered (65" Outdoor Google TV for partial shade) works great in the space and has fantastic audio. I did buy the recommended sound bar for this model and the quality and sound exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this TV and sound bar!

At first the tv didn't live up to expectations. However, with the excellent customer service that was provided, the tv has exceeded all expectations. The tv has excellent image quality even in the bright Florida sun.

When I first purchased the TV for our backyard we got it and absolutely loved it but then a couple weeks later it was on sale for less than what we paid. I reached out to Sylvox and they didn?? hesitate to price match.

Then a few moths later I am having an issue with my remote and reach out to customer service and boom they without question are sending me a new remote!!!

Very clear even directly in the sunlight, the quality is top notch, and the customer service is very responsive. If your looking for an outdoor tv its totally worth it.

We are very happy with the cabinet and television. The only issue we have is the covers for the outlets on the cabinet will not stick closed. They hang open to the elements.

Zero glare, great picture, easy to use. Couldn?? ask for anything better.

I purchased this TV for my covered outdoor pool area. I wanted to be able to watch football in the fall and winter without having to worry about bringing a TV inside. I was happy with this TV for about 90 days and then the picture froze. I contacted the Sylvox support team via email and after going over some troubleshooting, they determined the TV was not working and was under warranty 100% and the next day I had a new TV on my front porch. I was able to replace the TV and take the old one down. I put the old one back in the box and they are going to pick it up tomorrow. It cost me nothing to have the TV replaced. The company and support staff did a great job in standing by their product and replacing it under warranty without any hassle. They really stood by the product. I currently have my new TV up and hanging ready to watch football without missing a single week. I am excited to continue watching outdoor television by my pool, even into the winter all the way up to the Super Bowl. As for the product itself, it is a great TV. I have it hanging in a semi bright sunlight area. The area where we have, it can be enclosed or open with screen or plastic curtains. The picture is great in full sunlight or at night in the dark. The sound also is great whether it is in stereo or Dolby, it provides a great surround sound effect. it also has a screen off function if you want to use it for Pandora or for Amazon music just to play music the sound is great and carries very far. I went with this TV because it seems to be the only one in the market that is fully outdoor and water proof. Although I do not have it hanging in an area where it would be affected by water or rain I can rest peacefully, knowing that even if there is a heavy storm, I don?? have to worry about moisture. Given the quality of the TV so far and the excellent service provided by the warranty and support staff I would highly recommend this TV for anyone using a TV in a fully outside arena.

I spent a lot of time deciding on which TV to get for my outside area. I went for the Sylvox and I’ve not been disappointed. It arrived swiftly as they said it would with great comms. My TV unfortunately had an issue but this was swiftly rectified. I had thrown all the packaging away as soon as removed from box as I wanted to take the rubbish to my office and this had been collected by the time I was in contact with after sales. Despite this they dealt with my issue sending me a replacement tv and collecting the faulty one very quickly. For such an expensive purchase this was very reassuring.
Tv handles direct sun light very well and is robust and solid.
I wish I had gone for the new oled one now but that’s just me!!

This is a great option to keep Outdoor TV to keep it safe and secure if you don�t have coverage. Comes pretty much already put together, all the wires are hooked up, you just need to mount the tv on the bracket which was also easy. Has wheels and handles to easily move it around. Great purchase!!!!

It came with a broken screen and after contacting them they quickly sent a replacement and it?? all installed and working properly.

We are enjoying our new Outdoor Sylvox 65 inch TV. The delivery got our TV here undamaged, set-up was relatively easy and now we are enjoying sports from the pool deck. Looking forward to what we hope to be a reliable entertainment investment for our backyard oasis.
